Inspect all shipmnets for damages and missing peices BEFORE you sign anything!!
EAS is not responsible for any shipping damages and shipping claims need to be filed directly by the customer with the shipping/freight company in a timely fashion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages and goods prior to signing the shipping receipt, bill of lading or packing slips. If any items are missing or damaged in any way it is the customer’s responsibility to either refuse the items or accept the damaged items with hand written notes regarding damage or missing items. TAKE PICTURES of all damages.
If you are receiving a freight shipment make sure that the bill of lading matches exactly what you are receiving. Count all peices and open packages if necessary in front of driver.
